Who We Are

New Horizons Youth Group Home LLC is a residential program based in Virginia Beach, VA, dedicated to providing safety, stability, and support for boys ages 7–17. We serve youth who have faced family disruption, neglect, or other life challenges, helping them rebuild their confidence, self-worth, and direction.

Our mission is simple: to break cycles and build futures. We believe that with the right structure, care, and guidance, every young person can rise above circumstance and become a strong, contributing member of their community.

At New Horizons, we operate as a home, not a facility. Our environment mirrors a traditional family household—warm, structured, and nurturing. We focus on academic support, life skills, emotional regulation, and community involvement, teaching our residents how to thrive with accountability and purpose.

Our staff are trained professionals, certified in CPR, First Aid, medication administration, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. Each team member undergoes rigorous background checks and ongoing training to ensure that our youth receive the highest quality care in a safe, supportive environment.

We work closely with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and other local agencies to maintain compliance, transparency, and excellence in every aspect of our operations.
